Campbellton, NB – Mr. Lionel Doucet, owner of Ramsay Ultramar (2009) service station, was happy to present to the Friends of Healthcare Foundation a cheque for $3,256. In fact, Mr. Doucet had the great idea to have a draw for an electric bike and hand the proceeds to the Friends of Healthcare Foundation. Combining a service station and an electric bike… it’s a first in our region. The lucky winner of the electric bike is Mr. Jules Roy from Campbellton.

“I was looking for an original event that had never been attempted in the region to contribute to the Friends of Healthcare Foundation. A service station and an electric bike: it’s quite the concept…” said Mr. Doucet. “So, I brought the idea to the Foundation and they really liked it!”
For his part, Mr. Jean-Luc Landry, Executive Director of the Foundation, declared: “I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Doucet for his wonderful initiative that proved very successful. The Foundation is always extremely happy to be able to count on the support of people and businesses in our community.”
